Based in Azerables, France, this role leads the strategic and operational execution of retail marketing for multiple brands across major home improvement partners.
Develop and drive omni-channel strategies including e-commerce, in-store merchandising, and stocking programs.
Partner with Sales, Product, Brand, and Digital teams to deliver a unified go-to-market plan and maximize share and profitability.
Direct promotional and merchandising programs, planograms, displays, and digital retail content to elevate brand visibility and sell-through.
Build and lead a high-performing retail marketing team, manage annual and monthly budgets, and measure ROI with data-driven rigor.
Collaborate with key accounts like Home Depot and Lowe’s on joint business planning and new product launches while monitoring market trends and competitive activity.
