Le poste
Lead complex, independent engineering and program management for state and federally funded local transportation projects.
Oversee solicitation, engineering review, and financial oversight across STP-U, STP-R, STP-L, Local Bridge, CMAQ, HSIP, TAP, TEA, and CRP programs.
Provide technical guidance to ensure optimal use of resources and compliance with Federal Regulations and Wisconsin rules.
Coordinate with internal teams, local governments, consultants, and stakeholders to align objectives and deliver measurable results.
Develop and revise project agreements while managing multi-program interdependencies and policy improvements.
Operate in a hybrid work environment with professional engineering credentials and continuous skills development.
