This entry-level role supports client engagements by conducting interviews, workshops, and data analysis to identify opportunities for process and operating model improvements.
You will collaborate with experienced consultants to create deliverables that optimize operating models, processes, and business performance.
You will leverage data and industry insights to develop tangible business solutions and contribute to faster development and better customer engagement.
The position involves managing timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and delivering high-quality outputs on schedule.
Anticipated start date is July 2026, with travel up to 20% per year and a Work Anywhere environment with partial in-office presence in NYC.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (3.0–4.0 GPA), recent graduate status (0–2 years), strong verbal and written communication, and a process-driven mindset.
