Le poste
An HR Administrator is needed to support Heads of Departments and Managers with day-to-day people queries and HR processes.
Responsibilities include recruitment advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, manage contracts changes, and support HR database management.
Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law best practices; assist with complex employee relations issues.
Coordinate probation reviews, oversee timely check-ins with Managers, and manage offboarding activities including exit interviews.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (Level 3 or 5), proficient in Microsoft Office, and have solid HR advisory experience and strong communication.
