Le poste
As a Senior Financial Analyst supporting AD&S, you will partner with division and business-line leaders to own the forecast and reporting, translating program realities into financial outcomes.
Consolidate inputs, maintain visibility to key drivers, and develop variance analyses for leadership reviews.
Lead quarterly forecasting cycles across OPEX and CAPEX, gather inputs, normalize assumptions, and facilitate action-oriented discussions.
Shape the Annual Operating Plan by building templates, stress-testing assumptions, and preparing materials for division and corporate reviews.
Build bottoms-up, data-driven models to understand cost and investment dynamics (workforce, vendor spend, tooling/capex, production ramps, and R&D/IRAD).
Partner with technical and operational leaders to provide insights and recommendations, while driving continuous improvement in reporting tools and processes.
