A Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing electrical power distribution and control systems for advanced engineering equipment. They produce detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation, while maintaining accurate Bills of Materials. The role involves developing specifications, implementing solutions involving PLCs, fieldbus networks, drives, sensors, and safety systems. They contribute to product enhancement projects, develop new control technologies, and support manufacturing with technical issues. Compliance with engineering standards, legislation, and health and safety practices is essential.
