Lead the data-driven marketing analytics function in a dynamic SaaS environment.
Build and execute the marketing analytics strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with growth objectives across multi-channel campaigns (digital, organic, paid, ABM).
Build and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
Partner with product, sales, and engineering to unify customer, product, and market data for growth opportunities.
Develop advanced data methodologies using AI/ML and predictive analytics to optimize marketing investments.
Establish dashboards, KPI benchmarks, data governance, and executive-ready insights while promoting analytics adoption across the organization.
