Le poste
The role involves supporting user IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. The candidate must have strong skills in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Office 365, Teams, and Google applications, along with administration experience in Azure, Intune, and Active Directory. Knowledge of LAN technologies and hardware is required, with the ability to support video conferencing equipment. Effective communication skills in English are essential to ensure responsive and polite service. The position requires a minimum of four years' experience and involves working independently managing technical and business aspects of support.
