Line 1: Recruit, hire, and grow an inclusive, high-performing team of software and ML engineers. Line 2: Turn ambiguous new-product bets into a clear roadmap, technical strategy, and customer value. Line 3: Build systems that analyze large-scale telematics data and detect fleet-wide anomalies. Line 4: Lead end-to-end security and incident workflows, from detection to investigation to resolution. Line 5: Guide ML and AI work, including deployment, heuristics, and selective use of LLMs to create differentiated capabilities. Line 6: Collaborate across Product, Design, Firmware, and Data Science to deliver cohesive experiences with a strong focus on customer outcomes, reliability, and speed.
