Le poste
Serve as the primary legal contact for day-to-day commercial and operational matters, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
Lead end-to-end contracting, drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements including aircraft operator and ground transportation, organ placement and organ recovery services, plus IT and cloud vendor contracts.
Develop, review, and standardize policies, templates, and terms; manage internal contracting platforms and practices.
Support compliance programs, including HIPAA and data privacy, and coordinate risk management with brokers and vendors.
Assist with governance, board materials, and public company reporting, including Forms 10-K/10-Q/8-K, and support due diligence and post-transaction integration.
Partner with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with outside counsel, budgets, and government affairs initiatives.
