Le poste
Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure for safe deployment and monitoring of generative AI systems.
Develop systems to detect, respond to, and mitigate misuse and safety incidents in AI-generated content.
Collaborate with ML engineers, policy, operations, and research teams to align model outputs with safety principles.
Lead real-time safety risk assessment and remediation for emerging AI capabilities, prototyping classifiers, filters, audits, and feedback loops.
Drive safety evaluations, instrumentation, and experimentation to monitor alignment, fairness, and reliability at scale.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 2+ years in backend/platform engineering; proficiency in Python/Go/Java/C++; experience with production security, ML deployment pipelines, and strong cross-functional communication.
