Le poste
Lead the architecture, design, development, and operations of large-scale AI/ML systems, including distributed compute and data management workflows.
Build robust back-end services and data pipelines to support high-scale evaluation, benchmarking, and post-training tasks.
Integrate the latest agentic and foundation-model technologies to power evaluation workflows and complex AI scenarios.
Design extensible interfaces between internal services, storage, and data models to ensure scalability and reliability.
Own the delivery of large multi-person projects with a strong emphasis on collaboration across product, field teams, and customers.
Operate under a hybrid work model (3 days per week in San Francisco or Redwood City) with a focus on production-grade impact.
