Own and manage a portfolio of digital experience (DX) solutions across enterprise accounts, guiding onboarding and implementation.
Drive adoption, customer health, value realization, and renewal readiness by coordinating with delivery teams and acting as the primary point of contact.
Build multi-threaded relationships with business and technical stakeholders to unlock mutual value and trusted sponsorship.
Lead solution guidance with deep knowledge of product use cases and best-practice adoption.
Proactively maintain a rolling four-quarter forecast and quantify ROI to validate outcomes and guide expansion opportunities.
Identify growth opportunities through product usage insights and evolving needs, coordinating cross-sell strategies and closing the full sales cycle.
