Define and own the creative vision and player experience across Roblox and emerging platforms, translating concepts into actionable game design documentation.
Partner with the Principal designer and cross-functional teams to drive gameplay, systems, and content from concept through live operations.
Iterate rapidly on feedback, balance features for player delight, and champion a player-centric approach in every decision.
Develop and maintain clear design docs, roadmaps, and backlogs; translate strategy into tangible plans for delivery.
Foster a collaborative, ego-free environment that empowers teams to pursue bold ideas and have fun while building great games.
Mentor other designers and contribute to defining best practices and design standards across projects.
