Le poste
Lead development of intelligent agents that perform complex tasks with reliability and consistency. Architect distributed systems serving millions of users with 24/7 availability. Design planning systems enabling agents to execute multi-step workflows autonomously. Partner with Product Management and leadership to translate business vision into multi-year technical roadmaps and guide AI model deployment, safety constraints, and reliability frameworks. Mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with customers to validate approaches. Drive adoption of enterprise-grade observability tools and cloud infrastructure practices, including telemetry, data drift monitoring, and automated testing.
