Le poste

A manufacturing engineer in Rochdale will work closely with production, quality, design, and supply chain teams to enhance manufacturing processes and reduce waste. They will take ownership of engineering projects from identifying opportunities through to implementing solutions on the shop floor. The role involves developing and refining production methods, investigating issues, and maintaining work documentation and standards. The engineer supports new product introductions, process validation, and lean manufacturing initiatives to meet quality and safety requirements. Strong communication skills and experience in a production environment are essential, with CAD CAM knowledge being advantageous.
