A finance (FP&A) analyst in Nottingham is responsible for preparing executive financial reports, supporting monthly and quarterly financial reviews, and analysing the company's portfolio to deliver insights. The role involves synthesising financial and non-financial data, developing performance reports, and supporting forecasting and budgeting processes. The analyst works across systems such as OneStream, Workday, and Microsoft Office, and collaborates with finance teams and stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making. The position requires a good understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, and effective communication. Technical skills in tools like SQL, Python, or AI are advantageous, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
