Le poste
End-to-end HR accountability as the primary point of contact for an allocated business area, ensuring quality and timeliness of HR activity.
Lead and manage employee relations casework (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance).
Oversee HR operations including onboarding, contracts, variations, and leavers.
Coach and support managers to build capability in people management and ensure consistent policy application.
Ensure compliance with UK employment law and drive policy and best practice within the area.
Support HR initiatives and change projects, plus provide HR reporting and insights.
