Le poste
Handle new patient coordination, registration, check-in and check-out in an outpatient clinic.
Schedule appointments and surgeries, manage referrals, and verify insurance eligibility.
Process high volumes of calls and messages, and maintain documentation using EMR and Windows-based software.
Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure timely, accurate care and service delivery.
Escalate complex issues according to clinic pathways and assist with onboarding of new PAS staff.
Opportunity for career progression through four proficiency levels and expanding responsibilities across multiple providers and services.
