Le poste
Provides hands-on technical support for Windows Server, AD, and storage infrastructure to ensure reliable operations.
Manages both on-premises and cloud-based application services (Parallels, Kronos, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, DocuWare) and performs server builds and lifecycle management.
Monitors and maintains power systems (UPS, Auto-transfer Switches, PDUs) and handles related hardware.
Contributes to NOC monitoring, responds to alerts, and collaborates with IT teams for troubleshooting and incident management.
Develops workflows, documentation, and disaster recovery plans while supporting patch management and security administration (Active Directory and permissions).
Provides after-hours support as needed and participates in weekend coverage to ensure service continuity.
