Le poste
The Influencer Manager oversees influencer marketing strategies across UK, US, and international markets, identifying and onboarding new influencers and brand partners aligning with brand ethos. They manage campaign processes from initial briefing to final delivery, tracking performance metrics and ROI. The role involves collaboration with marketing and creative teams to produce compelling social content, analysing campaign data to refine future strategies. Building long-term relationships with ambassadors and staying updated on social media trends form core responsibilities. Candidates should possess proven experience in social partnerships, strong communication skills, and a passion for wellness and beauty. Technical skills include familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, data analysis, and campaign management tools.
