Le poste
Lead financial operations including AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Perform profitability and cost analysis by monitoring COGS, gross margins, pricing, sales trends, and customer performance to uncover optimization opportunities.
Oversee HR activities such as recruitment support, onboarding/offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Support performance management and employee relations, including reviews, training initiatives, and development programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, implement KPI tracking, and drive cost efficiency; position based in Garden City, NY, in-person.
