Special Events and Marketing Manager

Lead the planning and execution of small and large fundraising events, including galas, golf outings, and 5K activities in NYC and New Jersey. Coordinate all event logistics, materials, venue details, and vendor relationships from concept through on-site management. Drive donor engagement by managing outreach, solicitation mailings, donor communications, and timely follow-up. Oversee marketing efforts, branding, materials, website updates, and social media to educate donors and raise visibility. Maintain donor records in Raiser's Edge and support the Executive Director with administrative tasks and board meetings. Recruit and supervise volunteers, train interns, monitor fundraising progress, and propose new programs and strategies.
