Le poste
Oversee and manage comprehensive HR operations within the school, including recruitment, staff records, induction, and absence management.
Administer DBS administration, safeguarding, and statutory returns such as the Single Central Record (SCR) and School Workforce Census.
Provide guidance on HR policies to managers and staff, support workforce planning, training, and appraisal processes.
Liaise with external agencies (Payroll, HR providers, Local Authority, Trade Unions) to ensure compliant and responsive HR service.
Undertake line management duties and maintain confidentiality while balancing competing priorities.
Role is on-site in Birmingham, UK with Term Time Only hours plus banked hours.
