Le poste
Responsible for accurately calculating project MEP costs across mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, technology, and low-voltage systems from concept through construction documents.
Conduct constructability analyses, value engineering, cost control, and scope reviews to support project success.
Build and maintain pricing with local material suppliers and equipment vendors; maintain current costs within estimating software.
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors to verify market conditions and labor availability.
Interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules; perform electronic takeoffs and prepare budgets.
Collaborate with the estimating team and project stakeholders to deliver accurate estimates and support procurement and scheduling.
