The role involves supporting the operational efficiency of HR systems including Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring system functionality, incident resolution, and user support. The specialist will develop training materials, support system configuration, and aid in process improvements, focusing on data integrity and user experience. Responsibilities include managing ticket systems, conducting data audits, and assisting with HR system setup, testing, and change management activities. The position requires knowledge of HR systems, reporting, and APIs, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and integration tools is preferred. A methodical approach to troubleshooting, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
