HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner collaborates with leaders to address current and future human capital challenges with credibility and deep HR knowledge. Partners with business units to develop and execute short- and long-term organizational effectiveness strategies to achieve targeted talent outcomes. Delivers and supports human capital programs across performance management, employee development, diversity/inclusion, employee relations, and coaching. Ensures a One-HR approach by coordinating with COEs, HR Operations, and HRSS to deliver consistent processes and timely HR information. Advises and coaches leaders on driving organizational values and culture while balancing business needs with HR priorities. Leads workstreams with strong project management and stakeholder engagement to improve engagement, leadership effectiveness, and productivity.
