Le poste
Prepare accurate cost estimates by reviewing plans, specifications, and project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to define scope and secure competitive pricing.
Lead bid processes, conduct site visits, and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.
Create and manage budgets and schedules, tracking costs and variances throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide cost-saving recommendations and value engineering options to optimize project value.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of estimating experience in healthcare, higher education, K-12, or commercial sectors.
