An Assistant Hotel Manager at Travelodge Manchester Birch M62 Westbound is responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating hotel teams to ensure excellent customer service. The role involves creating personal development plans, recruiting and inducting new team members, overseeing food standards, and maximising food and beverage sales. Additional duties include managing rotas, reporting repairs, and ensuring health and safety compliance. Candidates should have leadership experience in customer-facing environments and strong communication skills, with a results-driven approach towards KPIs. Food and beverage experience is advantageous, particularly for Bar Cafe hotels, in a fast-paced, evolving setting to uphold brand standards.
