The Regional Operations Manager oversees the performance of the Out of Home network across Warrington, ensuring service standards, cost objectives, and compliance are met. The role involves managing supplier performance, maintaining strong relationships with regional teams, and resolving operational risks. The individual is responsible for recruiting and training suppliers, negotiating costs, and supporting network growth through strategic planning. They will drive operational improvements by analysing data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Key skills include logistics management, stakeholder engagement, and analytical decision-making. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region are required.
