Provide technical leadership in plant chemistry and water treatment programs to ensure regulatory compliance and system reliability.
Develop specifications, cost estimates, and engineering plans for projects of moderate complexity.
Lead field and office activities, including data analysis, drawings review, and cross-functional collaboration.
Support maintenance and capital initiatives, performing investigations and performance analyses of equipment.
Evaluate vendor proposals, review drawings, and assist in procurement of equipment and services.
Ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective operations aligned with industry standards and environmental regulations.
