A practice nurse supports primary care services in Poole by delivering routine treatment, wound care, immunisations, and assisting with chronic disease management. The role involves working within well-organised GP clinics, performing clinical reviews, and documenting patient data accurately using digital systems. Candidates should be registered with the NMC, possess treatment room competency, and have good communication skills for patient interactions. It is beneficial to have knowledge of clinical systems and hold enhanced DBS clearance. The position offers flexible shifts, including weekdays, evenings, or weekends, suitable for both ad-hoc and ongoing bookings. Candidates must be adaptable to new environments and demonstrate excellent clinical care skills.
