As the first Data Scientist focused on creators and artists, you will establish the analytics foundation to understand engagement and success signals.
Design and run experiments to optimize creator programs, incentives, and understand their impact on growth.
Collaborate with product, business, and music teams to define, iterate on, and measure programs that support creators.
Identify trending creators and content to shape discovery and recognition on the platform.
Contribute to robust data foundations and scalable analytics to drive strategic decisions.
We’re seeking 5+ years in data science, strong SQL and Python skills, and the ability to communicate insights across stakeholders in ambiguous contexts.
