Design, implement, and oversee a risk-based Compliance Management Program (CMP) with annual risk assessments.
Lead ongoing compliance reviews and monitoring to ensure regulatory alignment and policy effectiveness.
Monitor regulatory trends and determine the operational impact on the Bank's activities.
Develop and update policies and procedures; provide research-backed regulatory guidance and formal responses.
Coordinate internal audits, regulatory examinations, and remediation of findings; support board and senior management reporting.
Lead compliance training to foster awareness, accountability, and regulatory integrity across the organization.
