Le poste
Provide on-site deskside support for Windows 11, macOS, and PC hardware in a large corporate environment.
Perform desktop/laptop tech support, image and deploy Windows 11, and iMac/IT hardware installs.
Support mobile devices, printers, scanners, VPN, wireless, and AV conferencing systems.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues; manage backups, data migration, and restoration.
Maintain asset inventory, configurations, and documentation; manage incidents via ticketing tool.
Be on-call for after-hours support; may require travel to other locations and occasional executive support.
