Le poste
Lead role responsible for provisioning, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers in a data center environment.
Optimize physical and virtual resources and participate in capacity planning and lifecycle management.
Plan, install, and patch Windows and Linux hosts on VMware ESXi via vSphere/vCenter.
Manage core services and applications including Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, DFS, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, and IIS.
Develop QA processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement automation through scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for disaster recovery and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document changes, and maintain standard operating procedures in a formal data center setting.
