Lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale, high-availability software systems that enhance associate experiences through mobile, data, and AI technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, business, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable services and data platforms.
Drive design and code reviews, foster operational excellence, and ensure high-quality, reliable, and performant solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery across multiple layers from front-end to back-end and data, and guide architectural decisions.
Mentor junior engineers, influence technology choices, and balance long-term strategy with short-term delivery goals.
Adhere to accessibility standards, CI/CD practices, and security best practices to deliver inclusive digital experiences.
