A Grants Compliance Officer in Bath oversees the financial compliance of grants, reviewing budgets and reports to ensure alignment with donor requirements. They collaborate with teams across grants, finance, operations and evaluation to support organisational strengthening. The role involves financial analysis, compliance checks, relationship management and international travel to support grantee partners. Candidates should have experience in grants, finance, audit or compliance, and be fluent in French. Strong IT skills, analytical ability and interpersonal skills are essential for effective role execution. Knowledge of grants management systems and international development experience will be advantageous.
