Oversee three PayIntel teams responsible for AI/ML-powered payment decisioning across the Payments products.
Define the AI adoption strategy and ensure consistent ML/AI decisions across the payment lifecycle.
Collaborate with the ML Foundations team to deploy Foundation Models for risk, conversion, and growth opportunities in payments.
Extend performance analytics, observability, and risk management capabilities to deliver a high-quality performance experience in terms of cost, revenue, and risk.
Expand Payments Analytics to surface opportunities and enable automated improvements across the product suite.
Lead transformational change, partner with stakeholders, coach managers, and balance performance, cost, and risk while solving complex problems.
