Le poste
Support the development and optimization of ecommerce product content and voice-of-the-customer initiatives across multiple channels.
Manage rating and review programs, identify issues, and coordinate with marketing, product, and operations to address concerns.
Monitor ratings, reviews, and customer questions; respond promptly and identify trends to improve content and experience.
Collaborate with ratings and reviews syndication partners to ensure proper publication and maintain listing health across partner sites.
Assist with new product launches and ongoing maintenance by gathering and publishing best-in-class copy, images, video, and multimedia.
Develop SEO-optimized PDP copy, ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms, and monitor performance to boost visibility and engagement.
