A Senior Android Engineer is sought to join a growing mobile engineering team in Leeds, specialising in Kotlin and modern Android development. The role involves taking end-to-end ownership of customer-facing banking applications, including improving release processes, testing, and mentoring colleagues. The candidate will work collaboratively across teams to solve real-world problems through root-cause analysis and technical innovation. Essential skills include extensive Kotlin experience, concurrency knowledge, and strong communication abilities. Experience in regulated sectors like FinTech is advantageous, with scope for progression to leadership roles in the future. The position offers hybrid working arrangements, with a salary of up to £85,000.
