Le poste
Position: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Charge Nurse in Phoenix, AZ (on-site).
Lead OR nursing operations, mentor circulating and scrub roles, and coordinate patient flow to PACU.
Ensure patient safety, sterile technique, and compliance with OR protocols while collaborating with surgeons and staff.
Qualifications: RN with diploma or higher, active Arizona RN license, and experience in CVOR, Open Heart, Ortho, Neuro, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Transplant, or Vascular settings.
Shift: Day shift; options include full-time, part-time, or per diem; On-call required.
Benefits include 401(k), Medical/Dental/Vision, Tuition Assistance, and Paid Time Off; Salary range $61,340 to $100,360 per year.
