Le poste
Keystone Knowledge seeks an experienced HR Manager to support education clients as part of a client-facing HR advisory team. The role involves providing practical HR advice, managing employee-relations casework, and coaching leaders in schools and trusts. The successful candidate will develop strong client relationships, handle complex matters, and deliver HR training tailored to client needs. They will work independently, recognising when to escalate higher-risk issues to senior managers, and maintain accurate case records. A solid understanding of employment law, safeguarding, and HR techniques is essential for success in this role. The position offers flexible, home-based work with regular travel across the UK.
