A performance marketing manager will develop and execute scalable growth strategies across paid social, email, and performance systems. The role involves managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok, collaborating with creative teams, and optimising conversion rates through landing page and funnel ideation. They will analyse channel performance, build dashboards, and translate data insights into strategic actions, maintaining a data-driven approach. The position requires a structured, analytical individual skilled in CAC, LTV, MER and ROAS metrics, and capable of copywriting ad hooks and email content. It is suited for those thriving in a fast-paced, founder-led environment, with 3 to 6 years' experience in DTC performance marketing.
