Le poste
Own the influencer channel end-to-end, from sourcing and contracting creators to campaign briefs and post-campaign analysis.
Develop a scalable program strategy, tiering creators (nano to macro) across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Build standardized workflows for onboarding, brief creation, contracts, payments, and reporting.
Lead creator outreach, negotiation, and relationship management, including product seeding and exclusivity terms.
Drive UGC and whitelisting strategy, collaborating with paid social to fuel performance campaigns.
Measure impact with dashboards, social listening, and post-campaign analyses, guiding future investments.
