Lead data-driven decision-making across delivery operations, merchant management, and growth initiatives.
Design, run, and analyze hundreds of A/B tests monthly to measure customer and business impact.
Build and optimize data pipelines and analytics tools using Airflow to support traffic and retention analyses.
Support operational decisions such as capacity planning for delivery partners and regional demand forecasting.
Own key metrics and deliver insights that improve customer retention, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate complex results for non-technical audiences, and develop advanced modeling to inform strategy.
