Le poste
Manage an assigned portfolio of rental accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
Drive sales by generating new rental agreements and promoting appropriate products to customers.
Perform early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
Complete assigned routes for deliveries and pickups, installing, transporting, and handling merchandise safely.
Maintain showroom standards and provide white-glove service in-store, over the phone, and at customers’ homes.
Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies while supporting account health and timely payments.
