Le poste
The IT Support Specialist provides first-line support by responding to helpdesk requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and supporting user setup and configuration. The role involves managing incident logs, performing routine IT tasks, supporting network troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation and asset registers.
