Act as a strategic business partner to division leadership, shaping and executing a human capital strategy that aligns with business goals.
Direct and develop a high-performing HR team responsible for talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee relations.
Design and implement total rewards, organization effectiveness, and leadership development programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Utilize data analytics and workforce insights to identify trends, inform decisions, and drive HR program outcomes.
Collaborate with leaders to strengthen the talent pipeline, retention strategies, and the employee experience, including survey analysis and action planning.
Lead cross-functional HR initiatives in a matrix environment, with attention to compliance and security considerations.
