Le poste
Responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines and ingestion, enabling a scalable data platform for analytics and operational insights.
Work across diverse data sources (CRM, product, marketing, orders, support) to consolidate data into accessible data lake/warehouse layers.
Design and improve data architecture, data quality, monitoring, and observability to ensure trustworthy data availability.
Develop data transformations in Python/SQL and leverage ETL/ELT tools (e.g., DBT, Fivetran) to create data products used by analytics, marketing, and sales teams.
Lead end-to-end projects, mentor junior engineers, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive scalable solutions.
Promote a customer-focused, growth-oriented, inclusive culture and contribute to the long-term data strategy and platform evolution.
